V -- Stands for Volume. Check the past 5 trading days. If your stock's trading volume has not been has not been above 100,000 shares on each of those days, pick another penny.

E -- Is for Early bird. Enter the trade early in the cycle. The early bird gets the gain.

S -- Stand strong and stick to your strategy. Consistency in execution is what makes a trading strategy yield consistent results.

T -- Trade the trend . Don't try to swim against the current. A rising tide lifts all boats.
